Area Supervisor (London, ON)
3 W' m, d: _& i, @The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which + A% {$ K0 i0 X
includes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and
) | X) B) b, [+ ]coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are : r- g$ n8 M. V R6 }1 s
achieved.
~( F2 e9 @/ L6 ^5 z+ x; H! T) BResponsibilities. f! s1 h: d6 n- M g5 W1 F
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
- r2 ~7 @# `/ ~/ z: {7 P: o+ Q, }including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality4 H7 i; D) _- v k( @
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
8 y* T9 R4 j! C• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
3 N, H$ h) e* ~5 W) xrequirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
& |' h+ `/ j! b9 E$ tensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.8 S3 [- P$ Q8 C2 Z9 M5 L
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party / C6 Z# o5 s E; G: L8 I
auditors.
5 g0 Y$ K% h; R! I• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
% X' R5 R4 o# w• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for
; j6 i& D7 H5 `; }9 X, a8 v$ Eeach location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.' f! F( C* \/ o* H. {
• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for 3 i0 N2 B- a% A" q2 J( k. E
operational matters.3 i7 b& c$ k2 h# y9 U
• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.5 K) N' C; Q2 y) S* A; h9 z' k& ?* e
• Additional duties as assigned.

# t% V! `8 l3 S$ m% f* R! t• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment./ i4 m" Y/ i8 F7 U. u# x% o; W9 D) c0 d' f
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment., K! e2 c3 J% y* Y
• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate
: k9 A5 z( D* K( D F: Loperational needs.

• Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
