In preparation for Citizenship and Immigration Canadas new Off-Campus Work Permit Program (OCWP), SDCs International Student Services will be presenting OCWP Information Sessions for Westerns international students and interested members of the Western community. (NOTE: As of June 1, 2006, international students at Western will be able to request Verification Forms - details will be released very soon).4 \5 v; B: Z+ f0 L% ?' D! s( t6 z# S

# q1 k$ r) V3 N8 t1 Z The OCWP Information Session will:
) x4 H& `2 o" t. S3 d& b$ Q· Provide details on the OCWP Program
4 v& j: Z# H$ m4 h% _5 W% W7 v0 r· Explain the application process (including obtaining Verification Forms) ) t# W# a$ P: o/ u3 f: Y3 |
· Assist students with questions they may have about the OCWP Program 1 S; U/ y# v* o" r. \/ Y
It is strongly recommended that international students interested in applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit attend one of these information sessions.

· Wednesday, May 31 from10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Additionally, SDCs International Student Services will be providing guidance and advice on the completion of the Off-Campus Work Permit application form, or regarding the Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP) program, during OCWP Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed).

O.C.W.P. Drop-in Hours will take place in Room 270, on the 2nd floor of the UCC at the following times:
