Section 49(7)(e)(i) of the Education Act,
tuition fees are not applicable to:

(e)     A person if his or her parent or someone else with lawful
custody of him or her is in Canada:
(i)     under a Work Permit or awaiting the determination of an
application for a work permit under the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act (Canada),


The following are the documents we require:

% k$ W* Z- n2 o3 O2.      Copies of passports of parent(s) and child(ren);
4 i& z6 `  m% O% d$ n9 L+ j. l3.      Birth certificate of child(ren) / Family Register (translated
into English);
4.      Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax
3 X! I8 v$ u* O9 ]: e! _bill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
5.      Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry
into Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline
ticket etc.);
6 }  e5 d; @2 M+ _6.      Copies of all immigration documents received ie. Work Permit,
3 o' ?" t, E; cStudy Permit,  Visitor Records and any other documents we might
3 H& B0 K8 [, F# J5 ~! _5 d# m  u  Jrequire.
